In two months’ time we completely renovated a four-bedroom house in Clapham Common. The VM team completely refreshed and modernised this property with bespoke furniture, a brand new kitchen with solid quartz worktop and sparkling new appliances – ensuring that the clients’ vision for their spaces was met, complete with a gorgeous new entrance and a dreamy shower room.

Our team was incredibly proud of the turnaround time and finishing touches put in place in the Rigge Place property. Given a lower budget, we were able to complete the project with elevated finishes and unique feature pieces like the custom wood work in the entryway and splashback in the kitchen.

The full scope of the renovation included the custom integrated wood joinery in the entry way, completely remodeled from the previous over-boxed, underutilized space. A new bespoke kitchen was created to replace the outdated features of the previous one, with new appliances, tiling work and a fresh coat of paint. The upstairs (second floor) laundry room was a massive undertaking – turning a previous set of multiple unusable cupboards, separate toilet room and washroom into a much more functionable and usable space, perfect for a growing family. Two full bathroom remodels included custom tilework on the floor and walls, glass shower installs, new toilets and fresh paint. Throughout the house, new finishes were also installed to elevate and complete the design.
